Amazing, truly homemade food. Do try the pierogies! The place is quiet enough to have conversation, a big bonus these days. And the stuffed cabbage rolls are awesome!

The Borscht we still great!, After going to Poland & experiencing Borscht, it is now one of my favorite dishes & Smak Tak does it very well!! My follow-up dish is Delia's Dumplings complimented my meal well.

This was my late father's favorite polish restaurant. We would take him there every year on his birthday. If you want to eat wonderful authentic polish food on the north side of chicago then this is the spot.
